Yesterday I had my hands full at the Brightstart Christmas Concert. It was a fundraising concert for the local Montessori school Brightstart. It started of with the children singing “do-re-mi” & ” My Favourite Things”. After that a choir - including Anna - sang “Ave Verum” and another song (I forgot - sorry).
Than it was time for the kids who follow piano lessons. My job was to lead the kids to the stage and keep the other kids - who where not playing - quiet. It proved to be harder than it sounded at first! After the piano it was Anna playing the flute in a duet with Rietta, the piano teacher.
The night ended with the ballet children and a closing medley sang by all of the children. Free wine & snacks made that it was a very successful night! (although I’m not going to keep anymore children quiet in the near future!)
Cheers Hidde

hee hidje!
we krabbelen xxxxxxxx
