Just a week away

I’ve only one week left here in Holland, before I’ll leave to Windhoek. Right now I’m getting all the last things together: malaria pills, first aid kit, suitable clothes etc. And finally I start to realize I’m actually leaving for a year!

Only a week, I’ll fly to London next Thursday together with Myrte and we’ll stay in the Grosvenor for another day. Then on Friday I’ll fly to Namibia and she’ll fly back to Amsterdam.

In Namibia I’ll most likely stay with my country representative in Windhoek for another couple of days, before leaving to Lüderitz where I’ll start working on the newspaper. I’m looking forward to Namibia, after reading and hearing so much about it I’m quite curious how it really is! I’m also curious about our appartment. How will it be? O well I’ll all find it out pretty soon, and offcourse I’ll keep you informed about it!
